Hello, I'm Ada Zhao 赵艺

I am a first-year PhD student in Computer Science at the University of Colorado Boulder, advised by Ellen Yi-Luen Do and Ryo Suzuki.

I am an HCI researcher working to reimagine computing as a collaborator in physical life. My work explores embedded assistance, an approach that integrates intelligent feedback directly into the spaces and tools where action happens by using computer vision, large language models, and augmented reality. I aim to help people learn, move, and engage more joyfully with the physical world.
